The 4th parameter was added in PHP 5.2.3 so your webserver is running an older version.

To fix edit the lgsl_admin.php and change:


$_POST['form_comment'][$form_key] = htmlspecialchars($_POST['form_comment'][$form_key], ENT_QUOTES, "UTF-8", FALSE);


$_POST['form_comment'][$form_key] = htmlspecialchars($_POST['form_comment'][$form_key], ENT_QUOTES, "UTF-8");
