hostname cache_time = 24 hour
Setting + Value cache_time = 24 hour
Map cache_time = 5 minutes
Status + Players cache_time = real time

What should I do?

First read how the protocol works for Half-Life / Source:
http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Server_queries

Host name and map name are together, along with some settings, and is a fast query.

Player queries can be large, so 10 - 30 seconds should be the minimum.

Settings can be even larger, but on a default install, are only requested when you view a servers details page.

If you really need to tweak the timings individually, then look in the lgsl_class.php for $lgsl_config['cache_time']
