Hello,
I have installed the lgsl stand alone system, it worked perfectly. But today started showing this error message:

"FEED MISSING FROM: www.greycube.co.uk/lgsl/feed/lgsl_files/lgsl_feed.php RETURNED: Table 'lgsl' is marked as crashed and should be repaired :END"

Any help you can give me?

go in phpmyadmin select table lgsl and go repair

NO LGSL , PHP & query valve and Mysql = http://expertcs.info/

Try set method = 0
I guess it means that the table lgsl at greycube.co.uk is crashed.
you use the feed, so if you dont have a problem with your firewall use method = 0

as far as i could see the viewer here on greycube has same error (which is logical)

change to :

you made a subfolder "logs" and chmod it to 777?

take a look into lgsl_feed.php:

//------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------+
// FEED USAGE LOGGING - 'logs' FOLDER MUST BE MANUALLY CREATED AND SET AS WRITABLE

but when you use a feed u have to set back method = 1 or method = 2

method = 0 means you are not using any feed.
When set to 0 and you dont see your server online: maybe a port is blocked by firewall/hoster, if so: try to open it or use other methods...
as i said before: Greycube has same prob, so i guess it is an error on sql of greycube, so just be patient

what also can be: Your gameserver is blocking you because of too much queries in too less time... in this case: be patient

hmmm when i think about it, it makes no sense to use feed to own server when ports are blocked and method = 0 not works...

I guess you need to wait or another feed-server ;(

Thanks for letting me know, and sorry for the delay in responding, I have been in bed with a cold

First I time I have ever experienced a 'crashed' table, luckily its just used for caching, so deleted and re-created from scratch.
