Since 3 months .. i wanted to add game server list to my website ... but here i found it but i can't ,... plz help me... i want to put this widget to my freewebs

This is a very wrong way of asking for help on a technical forum like this one! If you only say "i found it but i can't", then no one will know what you are doing wrong or if you even tried to do anything to get it working at all!
You really can't expect us to tell you what you did wrong if you don't give us more details.
If you were planning to get this script working yourself, then you better have some basic knowledge of http and php programming, in which case you should follow the installation instructions and return here with specific issues, like "i did exactly this and got exactly that error" and we will try and help you.

If you have no idea what I am talking about, then you shouldn't try this yourself, but instead offer a reward and someone here will probably be happy to do it for you.
