Centos has a built-in webserver, probably Apache. Check Apache's configuration files (httpd.conf, php.ini) or better yet restore the old versions of these files, if you still have them from the working server before. Then restart the server.
If it still doesn't work, check Apache's error log file (like /var/log/httpd/error.log) and post here the errors.

Don't forget to share the IP/ports of the offending server so that people can do tests and help you.
Oh, and if you're using a modified lgsl_protocol.php, make sure you disable the feed or it may NOT work!
