Are you sure its the guestbook and not maybe an upgrade to 0.7 or something ?

I just cant think of anything that would cause russian to suddenly stop working as it uses e107s built in code to display the contents.

No it did not work. Still shows ??????? instead of words. Would you happen to have an idea on why its doing this and how i can fix it?

BTW: Thanx for help on all the other things i been asking about.

Humm...

Problem is that i had one post from a friend from Russia and it was showing in Russian. And then it just stated to show as ??????. ??. ????. So, i nuked that post and just retyped it in English. So, there is no example

Version of e107 is 7.0.
And no i can not post anything in any other language besides English. Well, maybe bad English too LOL.

Its really no big deal. Just wanted to know what's up. Outta curiosity. It was showing and then .... well... not.

No biggie if it can not be solved.

I just tried posting some russian and it worked fine, but this was on 0.617. I know they had some language bugs in 0.7.0 which is why 0.7.1 was released so soon.

i tried upgrading to 7.1 but it totally messed me up and i had to undo it. Ohh well. No big loss.
