Trouble with Guestbook 3.3

Hi there,
I use Guestbook 3.3 on a site I made for a friend and something I noticed is this:
When there's more entries than fit on one page, they simply disapear the "Go to page" link at the bottom only shows 1 and it is not clickable.

I can see it works fine on this site, so I'm sort of clueless as to what it may be.
