Cant set up matches for 2008

Hi!

I am having problem with setting up matches in 2008.
The calendar ends at 31 december 2007.

How can I manage that?

Please let me know how because i uninstalled and reinstalled RWAR and still i cannot set my date past the 2007.

You download rwar from here, and upload it overwriting your older version ( specifically the rwar_manage.php and challenge.php )

Yea, i downloaded it from here. Clanwebs my host installed it for me. But i did as you said and uploaded your 1.4 version and overwrote mine. But still does not show date past 07.

I even uploaded the 2 files you mentioned but still no joy.

I am running e107 7.9 could that be the reason you think Rich?

Ok an update.

I uninstalled it, reinstalled and still when i got to challenge us, select date, year only goes to 07. But, if i enter the a war, then go back to edit that war, go to date, it lets me choose year up till 2050.

ANy ideas?

Please delete the rwar .zip you have, empty your browser cache, re-download from here, and upload the challenge.php to your site.

Wherever you tell your browser to save it, by zip I mean the rwar download.

I use the plugin manager, so it does not tell where to install the zip. If you mean the upload, i uninstalled it.. there is nothing remaining, then i just upload using the plugin manager and install it.

Dont use the file manager, FTP the files.

I did what you said, still when i go to challenge us, still wont let me choose 2008

Could it be, that i need to CMOD all files to 755 or would that make no difference??

The only reason why you cant select 2008 is because you are uploading an older version of rwar.

Note that the version numbers did not change, its still 1.4, I just updated the zip at this site to have increased years.

Rich, i am uploading the one off this website. I will download it again ... so sorry for this, hopefully i can sort it. thanks for your support.. very much appreciated.

ok i tried to re download rwar v1.4 from here and it doesnt work with my version of e107 which is Version 0.7.8 it doesnt even show up at all in my plugins menu in admin to even install it first from the webby.

so i re uploaded rwar v1.5 which now works again the version ive always used, but still dunno how to update this version 1,5 to 2008 any help please if i can change any codings in the files in there or anything or is there a v1.5 that u got updated for it to work on my site please

oki sussed yas lol, i put these into my version 1.5 and works fine now

loads of years on now

oki now ive gotta try get it to show up on the front page of website so it shows nexts wars anyone any ideas i been into the menu and tried it but it aint showing up its only showing up as a clickable link to view
