Yup, your host probably doesn't allow fsockopen for querying LGSL (or perhaps you have the MySQL database and password incorrect in lgsl_config.php though it sets that up automatically if you install to a compatable CMS like e107)

Change hosts - look around at servers running LGSL, thats' what I did and found a host that supports server query.
