GTR2 Server Query Port

I have installed LGSL v4.9 Joomla (com & mod) to see the status of the server on my web. I have added the server with the IP (75.126.130.151) and the port (34347). What should I put on Query Port, Software Port and Zone? If I let it in blank, it automatically put Query Port=34348 and Software Port=0 but it doesn't work (the server appears offline). I have tried the test tool without luck.

I have tested that the port (34347) is open. Any idea?

I've tried the same port in both (port & query port) with the test tool (http://www.greycube.co.uk/lgsl/test/index.php) and the result is the same:

CONNECTING TO [ IP: 75.126.130.151 ] [ C_PORT: 34347 ] [ Q_PORT: 34347 ] [ TYPE: gtr2 ] [ LINK ]
NO RESPONSE - MAKE SURE YOU ENTERED THE CORRECT DETAILS
