I'd be happy to get some feedback on it, or share it with anyone that would also like to use it on their site.
I only had to modify a couple of the PHP files (renamed for this purpose) to have them generate XML instead of HTML. The Flash piece reads that XML data and displays it. I'm also passing a couple variables via FlashVars. Overall, I think it would be pretty easy to edit the needed FlashVars to work with anyone's installation of LGSL 4.9 Stand Alone. Not sure if it will work with the e107, Nuke, or Joomla versions.
Very nice, I think this deserves a stickied thread.
Ive had thought about a flash interface, but just too lazy to do it.
Something you may want to look into, you could avoid modified lgsl files by pulling data from the /lgsl_files/lgsl_feed.php and extracting using: http://www.sephiroth.it/test/unserializer/

Thanks! I hadn't thought about it since they are already are set up for those to be put on there in blocks and such.
I might look into it, but if it's gonna require a lot of PHP to make it happen, don't hold your breath cuz I'm not that great with PHP, only dangerous enough to really break something, LOL.

Okay, I've finally got around to updating this. - Rewritten in ActionScript 3 - SWF is now scalable to what dimensions you want. - Map images are detected dynamically. - There is a bit more control over look and feel via the CSS file and a couple new flashVars.
