Its the 'Theme Gallery' plugin, but ive been slowly modifying bits of it over time to fix things.

I have not released it since im not in a position to provide support for it in its current state as a lot of the original code is all over the place.

I got it at e107coders.org, but note that its probably very different to my modified version. When I get a bit of time I will look into putting up my copy for download.

I would help you, but I dont see a 'theme gallery' available for download in the e107 plugins. I see the download gallery. You can have themes in a gallery with that and DL them as well.

the only place do download theme gallery which is a simple picture gallery is in this thread, the updated 0.7 zip is near the botoom of the first page.
