my hosting provider has firewall.
when i asked to open ports, they asked whether it is outbound or inbound.

which one is it? UDP out or UDP in?

they wont open inbounds though.

If they wont open in, just ask them for outbound and see if it works.

LGSL asks for info and the server responds. It depends whether 'outbound' allows a response back.
