im using apache 2.2.11, php 5.2.9-2, mysql 5.1.33. my current ip is 71.58.183.210 (magi.dlinkddns.com), lgsl is running on http:\\magi.dlinkddns.com\ut2004, connection port is 7777 and query port 7778. now im not entirely sure if its lgsl but what happens is once/twice a day i have to go into admin.php and click update servers and empty cache. then itll start reading the server correctly again. however, using you lgsl test page doesnt work because i cant retrieve my server status by putting in magi.dlinkddns.com or its ip. on my setup i have to put my local ip where the ut2004 server is running, ive set up port forwarding for my connection, query, and a few other ports assigned to ut2004, but the local ip is still required. ppl can join my server with no problems. if u have any ideas i would greatly appreciate it

ahh. after rechecking the port forwarding i see i made a typo for the query port. so now your test page is working with my url. however since lgsl and the ut game server on on the local network i would think it would have access to all the ports since i don't really have that level of restriction on my firewall. but i am going to retest it. i will have an answer and post back later today if i still notice the same problem. another question i have though is although lgsl reads that the game has a password, the lock icon on the green status doesnt show up. nor does a lock overlay on the map. is it just because of how ut is read or what?

71.58.183.210 (magi.dlinkddns.com) query port 7778. game password = true but password = 0 . but there is a password set up to join the ut server, however it seems to only prompt u once in a while and as long as youve entered it right before it seems to cache it for a few days

Rich. it would appear everything is fine as far as status updates. must have just been my silly typo in port forwarding lol. still curious about that password issue. you'll have to let me know what you think. well ill keep an eye on it and let you know if anything seems fishy, but for now its looking pretty good. great work!
