It looks like you have two problems.

QUICK FIX:

Edit the lgsl_config.php and set:

$lgsl_config['feed']['method'] = 1;
$lgsl_config['url_path'] = "http://the-legion-clan.co.cc/e107_plugins/lgsl/lgsl_files/"

LONG TERM:

freewha most likely have a firewall in place, you need to e-mail and politely ask that they allow port 28960 UDP which will allow you to turn off the feed option.

The images are not loading because the 'document_root' is not set correctly on the webserver, again if you let freewha know, they may decide to fix it.
